Avocado and tuna salad wraps

Ingredients

4 large flour tortilla wraps
1 avocado, peeled, seeded, mashed
425g can tuna in springwater, drained, coarsely flaked
80g mixed salad leaves

Method

Place the tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread the avocado evenly over each wrap. Top with tuna and salad leaves. Roll firmly to enclose filling. Serve immediately.

TIPS

You can use lavash bread wraps or wholemeal pita pockets for an alternative. Or use flavoured tuna for an added kick.
