Avocado, Dill and Cream Cheese Bagel

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 bagels, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (vegan option use cashew cheese)
  • 3 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • lemon juice, to taste

Method

  1. Put you bagels halves in the toaster and toast until lightly golden
  2. Whilst bagels are cooking, slice your avocado half thinly, lengthways and set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl, place the cheese, dill and a squeeze of lemon juice, mix until evenly combined
  4. When your bagels are toasted, spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture onto each slice and top with as much avo as you can
