Avocado Salad Bowl

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 1 Spring Onion, quartered lengthways
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 Lebanese Cucumber, sliced


  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • Garlic Clove, bruised
  • Juice from 1/2  lemon
  • Cracked Pepper to taste


  1. Cut the smallest end of the avocado off and scoop out the seed from the large section
  2. Slice a small section from the base of the avocado so it sits on your plate
  3. Scoop out the avocado from your severed section and use to replace the seed
  4. Squeeze some lemon juice into your seedless avocado, salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add a layer of each salad ingredient and repeat until all used up



  1. In a small jar or seal container put all your ingredients and shake until you have a creamier consistency
  2. Remove the garlic clove and pour the dressing over the Avocado Salad bowl


  • Serves 1
  • Preparation Time 10 minutes
