Preheat oven to 220C fan forced.
Put the chicken, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and oregano in a large bowl and mix to combine. Set aside to marinate.
Place the potatoes on a large oven tray and cook in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown, Top with the marinated chicken, marinade and lemon slices. Cook for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
To serve top with beans, avocado and spinach. Crumble with feta and drizzle with oil.
