 1/2 ripe avocado
 1 ripe frozen banana
 2 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder (10g)
 1-2 medjool dates, pitted, optional
 1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice (125ml)
 Pinch sea salt

Scoop avocado flesh into a blender.

Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick and smooth. Add a bit of additional milk to thin if desired.

Serve topped with a dusting of cocoa powder.
