Tuna and avocado pie

Ingredients

1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp plain flour
1 cup skim milk
½ cup tinned tuna, drained
1 avocado, pip and skin removed, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 sheet puff pastry

Method

Heat margarine in saucepan until sizzling and stir through plain flour

Slowly stir in 1 cup skim milk and stir until smooth

Stir though tuna

Stir in avocado and season with salt and pepper

Place mixture into an oven proof dish

Cover with puff pastry and bake for 15 – 20 mins or until golden brown
