Prawn and dill guacamole

Ingredients

300g cooked peeled prawns, thinly sliced
2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
Bagel crisps, to serve

Method

Place the prawns, avocado, lime juice and dill in a medium bowl.

Gently toss to combine.

Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon mixture into a serving bowl.

Serve immediately with bagel crisps, if desired.
