 50g frozen acai pulp (see note)
 1 frozen banana
 ½ cup frozen blueberries
 50ml apple juice
 1 avocado, sliced
 ¼ cup fresh blueberries
 ½ mango, sliced
 2 tbs granola
 1 tsp hemp seeds

1. Place acai pulp, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, apple juice and half the avocado in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.


2. Top with remaining avocado, fresh blueberries and mango. Sprinkle with granola and hemp seeds to serve.


NOTE: Frozen acai pulp is made from small, purple berries that grow on palm trees native to South America. It is available in the freezer section of major supermarkets.
