Avo to my toast

Ingredients

50 g store-bought pistachio dukkah
20 g Vegemite Shapes, blended into powder
25 ml avocado oil
2 Shepard avocados, sliced thin
To Serve
3 g salt flakes
4 slices sourdough, toasted

Method

Start by blending the Vegemite Shapes into a powder and mix through dukkah and set aside (store it in an airtight container and it will last for a good week).

Toast your sourdough bread, while it's toasting, slice, smash, or squeeze your Shepard avocado and mix with salt, lemon juice and avocado oil. Arrange it on top of your toast and top with Vegemite dukkah and a little more avocado oil.
