Avocado, Chicken and Cabbage Nourish Bowl

Ingredients

2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
2 ripe avocados, mashed with a squeeze of lemon
2 medium carrots, shredded lengthways
2 small red apples, cut into matchsticks
2 chicken Schnitzels, cooked, cooled and chopped
1 sheet Nori, finely shredded
3 radishes, very finely sliced
Roasted sesame dressing

Method

Arrange ingredients into four shallow serving bowls in the same order as the ingredients list

Finish each bowl with a drizzle of the dressing and serve immediately
