 1 small ripe avocado, from the fridge
 1 banana, chopped
 250ml cold coconut water
 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
 2 tsp honey

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

For those super hot days, try freezing your coconut water in ice cube trays and then storing in ziplock bags – this will give you a cold and refreshing smoothie. You could also try freezing your chopped banana.
