Ingredients
1 Shepard Avocado, sliced
1 slice of toasted sourdough
2 tbsp thick labneh (Middle Eastern strained yoghurt)
1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
Few sprigs of dill, chopped
Squeeze of lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
½ tsp zaatar blend
Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
Fresh mint & dill leaves to garnish
1 tbsp pistachios, crushed
Method

Mix labneh, mint, dill, olive oil and lemon ingredients well. Salt & pepper to taste.

Spread mixture onto sourdough and top with the sliced avocado.
