Ingredients
250g of lean chicken breast, cut into 1cm pieces
1 avocado, skin and pip removed and cut into cubes
½ Spanish onion, chopped
½ a bunch of coriander, cleaned
4tbsp of soy sauce
1 lime juiced
8 skewers soaked in water to stop from burning
Method

Place all the ingredients apart from the chicken into a food processor and blend till smooth.

Place the marinade and the chicken in bowl and leave for an hour so the flavours permeate.

Thread approximately 4-6 pieces of chicken onto each skewer.

Cook over a medium heat BBQ for 2-3 minutes each side and serve.
