Easy chilled avocado & dill soup

 2 Avocados
 500ml Plain yoghurt
 350ml Vegetable stock
 2 Spring onions, washed and sliced
 ½ bunch Dill
 1tsp Dijon mustard
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Sprigs of dill for garnish

Cut avocado in half, remove seed and scoop flesh into a food processor.

Add all other ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency.

Place into a refrigerator until chilled and serve, garnish with dill sprigs.

Serve in chilled martini glasses.
