Ingredients
2 avocados
4 cups of corn chips
1 cup of tomato salsa
1 cup kidney beans
1 cup grated low fat cheddar cheese
1 cup low fat sour cream

Warm oven to 180°C

Spread the corn chips into a large baking dish.

Top with the tomato salsa, kidney beans and grated cheese.

Cook in oven for 15 minutes.

Spoon over sour cream.
