 1 cup ice
 1 avocado
 1 ripe banana, chopped
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 2 tsp grated ginger
 2 tbs honey
 ½ - 1 cup cold water
 Chopped mint to serve

Add the ice to the blender and pulse until crushed

Split the avocado in half lengthways. Remove the stone (demo) then scrape out the flesh and add to blender

Add the chopped banana, cinnamon, honey, ginger, ½ cup water and mint then pulse to combine

Blend until smooth, adjusting thickness with more water then pour into glasses

Top with fresh mint (optional) and serve
