Ingredients
1 medium banana, chopped
1 avocado
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp honey
3 cups frozen mango pieces
1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
1 cup coconut milk
Fresh mango wedges (optional) and desiccated coconut, to serve

Place banana, avocado, coconut water, honey, mango, pineapple and coconut milk in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with mango wedges, if you like and coconut.

If you ever have leftover avocado, cut it into cubes and freeze in a ziplock bag to use in smoothies.
